I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel with some highlights like the modern facilities and lovely dining options. However, my overall experience was dampened by the frustrating check-in process and a lack of acknowledgment from the staff regarding the delays. I recently stayed at the Tampa Hard Rock Casino, and there were some amazing aspects as well as a few letdowns. The casino is large with a vibrant atmosphere, but I found the slot machine payouts a bit disappointing. The room was recently renovated and had a great shower, yet the overall cost seemed a bit high considering my primary activity was gaming. The dining options were enjoyable, but not all amenities were available during my visit due to renovations.
